Manufacturing Process

Overview of the manufacturing process and equipment used

At Ayon Alloys, we use advanced technology and equipment to produce high-quality aluminium ingots. Our manufacturing process involves several stages, including:

Sorting

We carefully select high-quality raw materials, such as aluminium scrap, to ensure the purity and consistency of our products.

Shredding

This process involves reduction of larger pieces of aluminum scrap into smaller, uniform pieces. this is achieved by shredder that crushes and grinds scrap into small particles.

Submerged Melting

We use state-of-the-art melting furnaces to melt the raw materials. The furnaces are carefully controlled to ensure accurate temperature control and to prevent impurities from entering the melt.

Alloying

Depending on the desired alloy, we add specific elements to the melt to achieve the desired chemical composition.

Continuous Ingot Casting

Once the alloy is ready, we use casting equipment to pour the molten metal into ingot molds. The molds are carefully designed to achieve the desired size and shape.

Cooling

The ingots are then cooled slowly to prevent cracking and to ensure uniformity.

Quality Control

We have strict quality control measures in place to ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards. We use advanced testing equipment to test our products at every stage of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.

Ingot Strapping and Loading

We apply strapping around the entire stack, ensuring it is tight enough to hold the ingots together but not so tight as to damage them. Once strapping is done, it can then be loaded onto a truck or other transportation vehicle.

Ready to Ship

The aluminum ingots appear to be ready for shipment. These raw materials are important in various industries, from construction to automotive manufacturing.

Custom alloys to meet specific requirements

At Ayon Alloys, we understand that every customer has unique requirements when it comes to aluminum alloys. That's why we offer custom alloys that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. With our state-of-the-art facilities and experienced team of metallurgists and engineers, we have the capabilities to develop and produce alloys that meet the most demanding performance requirements.

Our custom alloy development process begins with a thorough understanding of our customer's needs. We work closely with our customers to identify the specific performance characteristics required for their application. This includes factors such as strength, corrosion resistance, formability, and machinability, among others.

Once we have a clear understanding of our customer's requirements, our team of metallurgists and engineers use advanced techniques to develop an alloy that meets those requirements. We use a combination of computer modeling, laboratory testing, and real-world simulations to optimize the alloy composition and manufacturing process.

Our custom alloys are produced using the latest technology and equipment to ensure consistent quality and performance. We use advanced testing and inspection methods to verify that our alloys meet the highest industry standards.

At Ayon Alloys, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality custom alloys that meet their unique needs. Our focus on innovation and continuous improvement ensures that we are always at the forefront of alloy development, and we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
